Q. How far in advance do we need to book?
A. The earlier you book the better, as this will help guarantee you your desired time and day. We take bookings from now and well into the future. It is never too early or late to book the Chapel at Gold Creek.
Q. The Chapel at Gold Creek is a non-denominational chapel. What does this mean?
A. The Chapel at Gold Creek is privately owned and not affiliated with any religious denomination. This means you will need to arrange for a celebrant, Minister and/or Priest to conduct your ceremony.
Q. Are there restrictions on bringing our own Celebrant, Minister, or Priest?
A. No, from the Chapel’s perspective there are no restrictions on celebrants, ministers etc. We do suggest you confirm with your priest or minister though.
Q. What times should my guests start arriving?
A. We advise you write on your invites, that guests should start arriving from the time your booking starts, with the Bride arriving 30 minutes into your booking.
Q. How many people can The Chapel at Gold Creek hold?
A. The Chapel at Gold Creek can comfortably sit 120 people inside. The bi-fold doors can be opened to accommodate for more guests.
Q. Where is Parking?
A. The Chapel at Gold Creek has free parking adjacent to the front gates.
Q. What are the music options we have for our wedding ceremony?
A. The Chapel at Gold Creek offers background music however if you have your own preferred music to be played please provide that at your rehearsal on a USB stick. Live music is also an option which you will need to book yourself..
Q. Do we get a rehearsal
A. A 45 minute rehearsal is allocated the week of or the week before your wedding, and is held during the day.
Q. How do I secure my booking?
A. Your booking is secured only after you have paid your non refundable $350 booking fee.
Q. Are my guests allowed to smoke?
A. No. The Chapel at Gold Creek is a strictly smoke-free zone and this is a condition of entry.
Q. Is The Chapel same-sex friendly?
A. Yes, The Chapel is a leading venue that caters for all.
Q. Can our pets be included in our wedding ceremony?
A. Yes, as long as they are well behaved and it is your responsibility to clean up after them. If you are planning on having your pet included in your ceremony you must discuss this with us prior to the day.
Q. Can we use confetti or rose petal etc?
A. No, however you may use bubbles outside only.
